( besides the phenomena with the interference of the function of all kind of electrical devices, some of them running on batteries, in this house) I first thought of my computer being hacked, the usual way . 2 years ago I started to look into some 'psychic abilities', like technokinesis and electrokinesis.
Lately I'm in contact with someone via the internet , and the same questions have come up: about the use of Technopathy, in this case: using the mind to communicate via the computer etc. etc. There is some personal reason for me to have some assumption.
My questions: As there are 'psi-genes',( and I'm sure there is far more known about specific DNA) and, maybe by means of experiments purposeful altering DNA ,brainfunctions or brain states, as well as by training; how many people have these traits/ skills, probably known by e.g secret services, 'other groups' etc., and why is it kept secret?
