Yesterday evening I wanted to turn off my laptop when a text appeared on the screen: a copied text I downloaded on my pc in 2018. It's a comment on a video I watched in those days, I don't remember which video exactly; about mind-control techniques, I assume. As I read often the comments below the video, which I mostly find interesting, the comment I will copy and paste here, caught my attention.
the content seems 'farfetched', or 'insane',: as my 'own story' and many 'stories' can seem 'insane', 'farfetched' or 'impossible' for many, well....

1. Non mainstream Government of USA and Soviet have top secret Brain control, Brain memory reading, and Brain Programming technologies.
2. Cold war was a race towards extremely advanced complete brain control technology between Soviet and America.

Electromagnetic waves and photon Signals can deactivate entire or part of your brains without requiring any transmitter or signal receiver as neurons in our brain directly respond to such signals and there's no data required to be sent back, But for transferring brains data ,memory, thoughts in brains and implanting artificial memories and for conducting telepathy it would require a transmitter to send signals back for a 2 way communication, government has nano technology to answer that, the nanotech can be made into the brains of the masses by eatables, in each blood transfuse cycle these nanotechnology transmitters and receptors will get deposited into the skull and brain and thereby transmit signals or they can be simply implanted into the memory part of brain called hippocampus to gain access to people memory on demand!?
